My mother first contacted Tyson several years ago when she was considering selling her home. Although she didn’t end up selling at that time, Mom was impressed with the work Tyson did to provide an honest opinion of the home’s value under the market conditions at the time. So a few years later, after mom passed away, the family contacted Tyson again to handle the sale of her house. Under normal conditions, selling a home is tough, but doing so out of state, with very little knowledge of the area, while grieving seemed almost impossible. What can I say about Tyson? He’s the best! We were looking to move from Portland, OR to Bath, ME and didn’t have the budget to fly East to view every house we were interested in. Tyson went above and beyond and viewed MANY homes for us over the course of the 1.5 years without us ever being present. On top of that, he took numerous photos to give us a real sense of a place. Throughout the process he was laid back, kind, and funny. Even when we changed our minds a number of times, he never once seemed exasperated. He has a great eye and good taste, as well as an extremely thorough knowledge of the midcoast. Any time we contacted him, he was quick to reply and always seemed to have time for us. We finally purchased a home and love it. There is no way we could have done it without him, and we honestly think no other Realtor could have possibly served us as well (and we have worked with a number over the years)!
