Our home selling process was an absolute breeze because of Rachel! She knows all things housing market from the comps in the area just by telling her our street name to the buyer pool and how to use what we had to stage the home like a professional. I bought my first house in Maine with Rachel as my agent. I was in Pennsylvania at the time and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Her communication skills are excellent and she has established strong relationships within the real estate community that prove to be helpful. So when I was ready to sell my house and purchase a condo, I chose to work with Rachel again. She helped me stage my home and did such a fantastic job of marketing it that it sold immediately for over the asking price. She timed the sale and the new purchase perfectly and I was in my new home within 6 weeks from the start of the process. When we came up to tour some homes in person, Rachel made sure that she was available for multiple showings- we saw six houses one weekend! We didn't have to waste our time on properties that weren't going to fit the bill. After walking through a few showings our first day with her, she was absolutely locked in on what we wanted. Little things, like remembering how I mentioned in an off-hand comment that I thought that crown molding could absolutely change the character of an otherwise boring room. She allowed us to maximize the time we spent looking at homes when we were actually in town, and to not worry about missing out on something perfect. When something came on the market that she thought warranted the 4 hour trip, she let us know. If you want to be sitting in your living room of the perfect home for you and your family in the shortest time possible (and happily writing a positive review), your first step should be reaching out to Rachel and asking her to work for you as your buyer's agent.

As a first time homebuyer, I did not know much about the house-hunting/buying process; Rachel made sure to walk me through each and every step, answering all of my questions along the way. My situation was also somewhat complicated, as I was moving to Maine from out of state, for a job with a set timeline. I knew I needed a realtor who would work with me on pricing, timing, and travel, and Rachel did just that.
