After viewing a property listing that I was interested in, I called the Zillow number to be put in touch with a local realtor that could assist me. Our situation was difficult because not only did we have to sell one property before we bought, but we were two separate parties that were buying one property, each with our own needs. Poe did a great job listening to what each of us wanted and provided us with a great assortment of properties to look at. After the viewings she would sit down with us and discuss the property in detail, what she like, didn’t like, what we though, etc and help us come to a decision as to whether to put a bid on the property and how much to bid making sure we were not out bidding the market for the area, protecting our possible investment. Once our bid was accepted, she provided home inspectors and title companies to finish off the closing and was present at the home inspections and final walk throughs. Things got tight near the end, as we ended up closing on the property were were selling one week before we closed on the other property and Poe took everything in stride showing confidence in the timing of the two closings keeping us, and most importantly, the seller, calm and focused.
