ABOUT EMILY
Emily McConnell holds an Associate Broker's license and has been representing new construction condominium projects since 2016. She is the Marketing and Sales Manager at NewHeight Group, a real estate development firm responsible for high profile new construction condominium projects in Portland such as 118 on Munjoy Hill, Luminato, Verdante at Lincoln Park, and the Winter Street Townhomes. She is also the lead broker on The Citizen, a combination renovation and new construction condominium project in Brunswick.
COMMUNITY WORK
Emily started her career in publishing, and as Assistant Publisher of Maine Magazine and Maine Home+Design helped produce the Kennebunkport Festival for 10 years running. In that time, the festival raised more than $300,000 for important charity work statewide. Through her publishing work, Emily found her love of home design and grew her appreciation for all things Maine.
Emily has also enjoyed several years as a board member of the India Street Neighborhood Association.
PERSONAL INFO
Emily graduated from Union College in New York with a BA in Economics/Anthropology. In her leisure time, Emily enjoys baking elaborate birthday cakes, sitting on a lounger lakeside in beautiful Belgrade Lakes, playing board games and cards with her extended family and friends, and embarking on a steady supply of DIY home projects. She lives in South Portland with her husband Sergio and their 12-year-old son, Dominic.
