The ideal re-use of a historic church resulted in 25 attractive, light-filled apartments. The building is the former Clark Memorial United Methodist Church, a historic building designed by John Calvin Stevens and converted in recent years by Hardypond Construction of Portland into a multi-family structure. Brit Vitalius brokered both sides of the deal.
