Hammond House: A Perfect Pairing of Vision, Location, Leadership

Vitalius is pleased to announce the newly constructed Hammond House, a 16-unit building situated  on a quiet street within walking distance of East Bayside and Washington Avenue’s award-winning “restaurant row,” is now fully occupied.

What made this project special to us was that the entire project was carefully developed under the guidance of Vitalius Real Estate Group, with a deliberate focus on the future occupants’ needs. The developer, Kevin O’Rorke, wisely aligned and consulted with Vitalius from the start - from working on the floor plans with Ryan Senatore Architects, to choosing the final finishes with Elise. Naturally, this was a very exciting project for real estate experts Elise Loschiavo and Brit Vitalius, who knew that Bayside was a rapidly evolving area and Hammond Street had solid development  potential.

The benefit of bringing seasoned realtors in early on this project was to capitalize on their diverse and extensive knowledge of the market, woven with years of working closely with buyers in Portland. The Vitalius duo advised and guided the process, never losing sight of what this project was truly about - creating modern, comfortable, and efficient living spaces designed for what buyers in the current market would desire.

“Given our knowledge of the Downtown Portland area, we were confident our team’s guidance would ensure that every detail of the process would be intentional, pairing the hip location with functionally designed interiors. It was our focus on urban buyers’ wishes that created the vision that transformed each space into a home.”

Four years later, despite unexpected delays (most notably a Global Pandemic), our team is pleased to announce that all of the units are now  under contract and residents will begin to move into their units later this month. Congratulations to our forward-thinking team who worked tirelessly to make this project a success and to the buyers settling in and calling Hammond House their own.
