Brit Vitalius, Vitalius Real Estate Group’s founder and Designated Broker, has been representing buyers and sellers of multi-unit investments since 2004. He established VREG in January of 2011 to provide a full complement of residential, multi-family and commercial brokerage services to clients.

Brit is a yearly presenter at the Maine Real Estate and Development Association’s Annual Forecast Conference for the multi-unit sector, and he is a leader and advocate in the landlord community. Brit is in his fourth term as President of the Southern Maine Landlord Association, a group which seeks to keep landlords up-to-date on important issues, trends and regulations. In the wake of the 2015 Noyes Street Fire, Brit became an active participant in multi-unit fire safety issues, and he was asked to serve on Portland’s Fire Safety Task Force. He is also a member of the Board of Maine Listings and personally owns and manages multi-unit investments in Portland and Yarmouth. Brit also enjoys his non-real estate community roles as a member of the Board of the Portland Community Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Trustee and Governance committee for the Portland Symphony Orchestra. Brit and his team are also proud sponsors of 2 Degrees Portland.

Brit grew up in Yarmouth and graduated from Harvard University in 1995. He lives in Yarmouth with his wife, Yasmin, and their children, Coltrane and Allegra. He enjoys mountain biking, tennis, and single malt scotch.


Chris Sullivan

Chris is one of the founding members of Vitalius Real Estate Group. He began his real estate career in 2004 selling residential properties, though quickly shifted his focus to consulting on the purchase and sale of multi-family homes and investments. Since then, he has brokered a broad range of transaction types spanning investment sales, office and retail leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and development in the Portland area.

Chris holds his Broker’s license, is a member of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. He has represented  many of Greater Portland’s largest commercial property investors and housing agencies, along with startups, and developers new to the market.

Chris lives in Gorham with his wife, their three children and Phineas, the Golden Retriever. Outside of work, he is an avid aviation enthusiast, active member in the general aviation community and proud owner of N8818U, a VERY green Cessna 172.


Elise Loschiavo

Elise Loschiavo has been representing buyers and sellers of condominiums and single family homes in the Greater Portland area since 2013. She has developed a specialization in the Portland peninsula condo market and has guided sellers through the condo conversion process. A big believer in giving back to the community, Elise currently volunteers her time and expertise by serving on the boards of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Association and Portland Buy Local.  A transplant from Pennsylvania, Elise previously worked with Portland’s Downtown District to promote downtown Portland as an ideal place to live, work, play and invest. She was also named one of Portland’s most influential people by the Portland Phoenix.  Elise lives in and manages a multi-unit on Munjoy Hill. Simply put, Elise lives and breathes Portland, and her enthusiasm for the community is infectious!

Elise graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in the music industry and lives with her wife, Morgan, and cat, Pip.


Kristine Trogner

Kristine is originally from Portsmouth, New Hampshire and joined Vitalius Real Estate Group in 2017.  After living in the San Francisco Bay area, she relocated back home to New England in 2012 and quickly connected to Portland’s vibrant community.  She has a legal background and worked in both the public and private sectors as a paralegal prior to becoming a licensed agent in 2016.  Providing assistance to people involved in legal matters has proved to be an excellent base for assisting clients throughout the property buying process, and she approaches transactions with confidence, attention to detail, and dedication towards her clients.  Kristine obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal and Justice Studies from Burlington College, Vermont.

A New England girl at heart, she is thrilled to call Portland home.  Kristine loves to support the local arts community and is a contributing member of the Portland Museum of Art, and supporter of Portland Trails in additional to numerous animal rescue groups.

In her free time, Kristine can be found out and about in downtown Portland, exploring trails, paddle boarding, or on one of Maine’s beaches with her husband and fun-loving beagles.


Susie Kendeigh

Susie Kendeigh has been involved in real estate since 1994 as an investor and property manager.  She has experience with vacation properties, condominiums, single-family homes, and income properties. Susie currently owns a 6-unit multi-family apartment building and commercial office building. Susie has been in real estate sales for over five years with Vitalius Real Estate Group and received her Associate Broker’s license in 2013.

Susie is very active in her community. She is President of the Cousins and Littlejohn Islands Improvement Association, Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, coaches her daughter’s lacrosse team, and enjoys spending time with her women’s outdoor adventure group known as the “Snowgals.”

Susie grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Susie spent her time as a business analyst and project manager in marketing and e-commerce at L.L. Bean.

She currently lives in Yarmouth with her husband, daughter and Bernese mountain dog. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, boating and spending time on Chebeague Island in the summer.


Sarah Delisle

Sarah Delisle joined Vitalius Real Estate Group in the spring of 2014, and quickly grew her clientele, establishing her place as both a top producing Portland and southern Maine broker. Sarah’s relationship-centered approach lends itself to a customized, comfortable, and fun experience. She holds an Associate Broker’s license.

Sarah has served as the Community Manager for 2 Degrees Portland, an initiative of Creative Portland, which connects new residents with seasoned community members. In this position Sarah facilitated personal connections within the community, hosted events throughout the city, and was a helpful resource to existing and prospective Portland residents.

Sarah graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spent a year studying in Ireland and traveling throughout Europe. Prior to making a career in real estate, she worked at Cape Elizabeth Elementary School teaching children with special needs, participating in after school mentoring, and coaching the middle school girls’ soccer team. Sarah lives in the Rosemont neighborhood with her husband, Jon, and their energetic dog, Benny. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors, Portland eateries, and making and appreciating art.


Jim Duplissie

Jim brings a deep sense of responsibility to his role as a Realtor. His knowledge of the greater Portland real estate market and well-honed negotiating skills aid both sellers and buyers in determining their “right” price and best possible terms of sale. Jim’s association with real estate goes far beyond helping clients achieve their goals. He has been active in buying, remodeling, and selling his own properties for over 20 years and has been involved in real estate since 1988, both as an investor and property manager. He currently manages three investment properties in the greater Portland area.

Previously, Jim spent 20 years in marketing and photoshoot production at L.L. Bean. His responsibilities included managing million dollar budgets, organizing travel and accommodations for crews of 40+ people, and hiring models, photographers, and support personnel, all while navigating the myriad variables involved with domestic and international photoshoot production.

Originally from Northern Maine, Jim attended the University of Maine in Orono and now resides in Scarborough with his partner of 22 years. He enjoys gardening, biking, traveling and photography.

Ben Schulz joined Vitalius Real Estate Group as an Associate Broker in 2017. Previously with Keller Williams, Ben was their 2015 Maine Rookie-of-the-Year and then a member for the Marsden Real Estate Team and the Bean group.
A native of Portland and current resident of Windham, Ben services the greater Portland area, including Sebago Lake, and is a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors.

Ben is motivated daily by his clients and was attracted to real estate because each day is filled with a new challenge and opportunity. He sincerely enjoys working with his buyers and sellers, and appreciates the feeling of being a positive force during each transaction.

Aside from staying busy professionally, Ben is a high school soccer coach and an active member of his local community. He can often be found spending time with his friends and family in the outdoors.

Nova Tower joined Vitalius Real Estate Group in 2016. She comes from a long family line of real estate investors. After investing in her own 5-unit she caught the bug and decided to pursue her real estate license so she could share her passion and talent for real estate with others.

Prior to joining Vitalius, Nova worked in a role very similar to her current role as a Realtor. She helped aging adults transition into senior living apartments, which included assessing client needs, identifying appropriate options, showing apartments to families, negotiating prices and contracts on their behalf, and generally advising and advocating for them throughout the process. Now she applies those same skills and care working with families of all ages as they search for their perfect home or investment.

Nova is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a New York transplant who fell in love with Maine 7 years ago and never looked back. She is very active in the Portland community, taking full advantage of all of the restaurants, arts, and outdoor activities that the area offers. Nova is part of the organizing team for TEDxDirigo. In her free time, she paints, designs jewelry, and sails. Nova has sailed across the Pacific and Atlantic oceans twice each. She currently lives in Portland with her husband, and their goofy dog Baloo.

Marc manages residential, commercial, and retail properties in Maine and Massachusetts and has been working in residential and commercial real estate development since 2005. Marc holds an Associate Broker’s license.

Marc is an avid multidisciplinary maker of things and can often be found at the Open Bench Project in Portland. He also volunteers with several local nonprofits and organizations serving the recovery community.

Originally from Lexington, Massachusetts, Marc has been living in Maine since 1997 and studied at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and the University of Southern Maine. Prior to beginning his real estate career, he spent 12 years working as a network engineer in Massachusetts and California. He currently resides in the West End of Portland with his wife and son.


Chris Bernard

Chris Bernard joined Vitalius Real Estate Group in 2017.  A native of Scarborough and graduate of University of Southern Maine, Chris was an elite baseball player. After being named the 2009 Maine Gatorade Player of The Year he was a part of the USM Huskies 2013 and 2014 College World Series team and was named to the 2014 All American team to finish his career.

Chris pursues his real estate career with the passionate dedication he applied to baseball.  He joined the real estate industry after his own personal buying experience with his buyer agent, Ben Schulz. Chris is excited to make the process of buying a home as professional and fun for his clients as the experience was for him.

When Chris isn’t busy working he likes to stay active by traveling, golfing, and skiing.

Raised by an architect and an architectural historian, Erin has been immersed in house buying, renovations, preservation, and restoration as long as she can remember. Erin has built two successful businesses – in research and relationships. She handled all aspects of the business – from managing employees to marketing to negotiating contracts – all talents that benefit her clients.

Erin brings a joy to house buying because it is her personal passion. When she joined Vitalius Real Estate Group in 2017, she had just bought her sixth house in Portland!
As a real estate agent, Erin’s ability to listen well and attend to every detail ensures clients have a smooth, professional, and pleasant experience. Her extensive network built from 20 years in Portland is a significant asset, helping find connections to match buyers and sellers. Her specialty is historic homes in the Greater Portland region.

Erin is a trained researcher and statistician with a Ph.D. in education psychology. She is also certified as a mediator. This background brings highly relevant skills to brokerage, which requires problem solving, research, and mediation and negotiation.

She is raising triplet teenagers with her partner in the West End of Portland.


Jennifer Ryan

Jen joined the Vitalius Real Estate Group as Office Manager in 2017. She offers an eleven-year track record of providing administrative and managerial expertise to small businesses in Maine. Jen has experience in event and travel coordination, calendar management, digital marketing, and client services. She enjoys the tight-knit community at Vitalius and embraces the responsibility of making sure that each employee and client is well taken care of. Maintaining the partnerships and relationships between buyers, sellers, and agents keeps her engaged and allows her to put her own personal stamp on what she does.

Jen is a born and raised “Mainer” who grew up just outside of Bethel and moving to the Lakes Region area after graduating college in 2005. She earned her BFA in photography from University of Southern Maine and has maintained a presence in the field as a wedding, landscape and floral photographer. She enjoys staying active in her community and volunteers as leader of a high school youth group for her church and also coaches elementary school basketball. Jen lives in Naples with her husband, Jeremy, and two sons, Isaac and Aaron. When not at the office, you can bet Jen is at the beach with her family, or at least dreaming of somewhere sunny and warm.


Yasmin Vitalius

Chief Financial Officer

Yasmin Vitalius is Vitalius Real Estate Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role she is the “behind-the-scenes” person handling all financial aspects of the office’s real estate transactions and office financial management. Yasmin also manages the finances for several multi-units she owns in Portland and Yarmouth with her husband, Brit Vitalius.

In addition to her real estate involvement, Yasmin is a professional violinist who plays in the Portland Symphony Orchestra, runs a full teaching studio out of her home and is also an instructor at the New England Suzuki Institute and Bowdoin College.

Yasmin grew up outside of San Francisco and graduated from Stanford University in 1997, studied Turkish folk music on a Fulbright Fellowship from 1997-1999 and obtained a master’s degree from the Eastman School of Music in 2001. Yasmin has two children, Coltrane and Allegra, and she enjoys bike riding, sharing her passion for music education with audiences of all ages, and a glass of fine (and even not so fine) wine.
