Local Goodies

The Maine Photo Camper is available for summer parties or any event to which you’d like to add some fun photos and flare.

-This summer there will be 3 mobile coffee shops, reports The Urban Eye (a blog I LOVE following).

Portland Paddle season has begun!

Real Estate Update

Low inventory continues to cause multiple offer situations for homes in the Greater Portland area. In the last week there have been only 20 new listings in Portland and 17 homes sold. Last weekend I took buyers to open houses in Portland, and every home we visited was packed. Listing brokers at all properties reported impending offers expected, with many already entertaining multiple offers. It is a tight, fast-moving market!

Have a wonderful May!
