Real Estate Update:

Buyers are anxiously awaiting more homes to hit the market. My latest Portland listing went under contract in one day with multiple offers — that is not a rarity as of late. Many buyers are making offers 3-4 times before going under contract on a home which, in turn, is driving up prices and many listings are selling over asking price.

Have a lovely week,

– Sarah Delisle
