Real Estate Update:

Three reasons why you should NOT wait until spring to list.

  1. Demand is strong (buyers are circling)
  2. There is less competition (lack of inventory)
  3. The process will be quicker (lenders have more time to focus on a few loans rather than many). From personal experience, we listed our home this past Friday, we had an open house (with 35 + buyers) Sunday, we were under contract by Monday.

Have a wonderful rest of your week and into the weekend!
