Snaps on the Haps – November 2014

Hello friends,

Realty: Looking to rent in Portland? I know 3 people currently looking to rent their apartments or looking for room-mates. Let me know if you know people looking. It has been a busy fall in the Portland real estate world. Much of the new development on Munjoy Hill and the the West End is projected to be complete by the spring. New listings in Rosemont and Deering neighborhoods are continuing to go under contract in record times. In a healthy market 1-3 months is normal and for Rosemont around 2 weeks is the average rate! Because the holidays are on the way many families are wanting to find a home by then. So, it’s creating a buyer frenzy if a home is in a good location is listed at market value. Curious about what your home might be valued at? Always happy to come take a look.

All of this information will be listed on my website and more(as I hear about new happenings) www.portlandMErealtor.com
I wish you a happy rest of my favorite season,

-Sarah Deslisle
