Back to Real(i)ty News: The end of July and the first week in August generally see a little dip in the market. Many families choose this time after summer camps are over and before schools starts to vacation. Portland’s market is still very active. Munjoy Hill is seriously HOT with more and more families and singles looking to move for the views and community. There has been a lot of new construction which is controversial with past residents not wanting to change their beloved little community but with the high demand for housing- developers will come. I call it the little New York City in Portland. Less square footage for more money and some people will do anything to live there!

Today is national oyster day…. mmmm Maine oysters anyone? Happy summer days ahead!

Always here,

-Sarah Delisle
